Jaw turning rings for 3-jaw lathe chucks, up to Ø 315 mm

- internal and external clamping with only 1 ring
- infinitely adjustable clamping range for all chucks
- exact adjustment of boring diameter (1/10 mm precision)
- easy of handling
- less clamping jaws required
- reduced set up times

This set comprises individual rings from hardened
special-purpose steel each consisting of 3 curved segments (3 x 120°)
to be arranged both at the inner and outer circumference.
These patented rings allow to turn-out jaws to a
maximum precision. Thanks to an infinite adjustability it is
possible to remove an exact amount of material thus
saving set up time and costs.
